With 20 years of professional experience, including 13 years at NC State University, where she taught marketing, graphic design, and sales to students, Krystal graduated from NC State University in 2003 with a degree in political science and public policy. She has a proven track record in developing impactful marketing strategies and creative solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.

Co-Owner
Melanie has over 15 years of experience in marketing and public relations. She graduated from NC State University with a business degree and a concentration in marketing. With expertise in strategic marketing, website design, advertising, communications, and digital marketing, she spent 12 years at Wilson Medical Center leading marketing initiatives and establishing strong community connections.
David Bohne
Graphic Designer
David graduated from Pensacola Christian College in Florida with a degree in Visual Arts, specializing in Graphic Design. David has been with NLC for two years and brings a wealth of graphic design knowledge. David has been involved in several successful rebranding and website projects. With every project, his goal is to elevate a company’s brand and deliver something special that clients can take pride in.
Mary Grace Fields
Social Media Manager
Mary Grace started as NLC’s first intern in 2023. After graduating from Pitt Community College with a marketing degree, she began as our full-time social media manager. Mary Grace works closely with our social media clients to develop comprehensive strategies, create engaging content, and track performance metrics. She is passionate about ensuring clients have a high-performing and visually appealing social media presence.
Madison Mercer
SEO Specialist
Madison graduated with a business degree from Welch College in Nashville, TN. She started working with NLC a year ago as our content specialist. Madison took the initiative to complete Semrush’s SEO certifications, and she is now our specialist in analyzing information to improve search rankings for our clients.
Heather Tucker
Executive Assistant
Heather Tucker holds a business degree from Meredith College and manages all payroll and financial operations at Next Level. She ensures the company stays organized and runs efficiently, while also assisting with the planning and coordination of client events. Her attention to detail and dedication help keep both internal processes and client-facing initiatives running smoothly.
